• If your order is delivered with a delivery photo, under no circumstances are you eligible for a refund - DHL hold no liability and will leave safe if the driver deems it safe - if you have a specific safe place or designated neighbour please notify us when ordering or leave a note on your door. ​

• Your parts may be returned for a refund if they’re unused.

• You must notify within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your order

​

• If the parts turn up with signs of usage, this will result in a partial refund

​

• Return postage is to be arrange & paid for by the customer

​

• Once notified of return request you must return your order within 10 working days.

​

• Once the order is received back to us and after inspection – refund will be processed.
